Hayden Hobby

Hayden Hobby is a writer and worship artist from Richmond, Virginia.

Hayden is currently finishing a masters program in Spiritual and Social Transformation at Bethany Theological Seminiary where his focus is Public Theology. Helping people experience the transforming love of God in creative ways has long been a passion for Hayden who has been leading and directing worship for the last decade. Hayden also discovered a deep love and ability to write songs, prayers, and other pieces of liturgy for the Church that offer unique and creative opportunities for worshipers to know and experience God in a healthy and impactful way. Since this illumination four to five years ago, Hayden has continued to hone his skills as a writer of songs, prayers, poems, and liturgical elements which he hopes to share in the form of resources like his debut book, Life-Giving Liturgies.
